This single-story plan combines many favorite options from our one-story homes lineup. This split floor plan features a master suite with double walk-in closets or an optional upgraded master bath and walk-in. The open concept kitchen has walk-in pantry and overlooks the family room and formal dining. The office can be optioned as a fourth bedroom, depending on your family's needs! An expansive porch spans the front of the home for a unique charm, and the covered back patio provides additional outdoor gathering space.
