[The Olympia](https://www.capitalhomes.com/plan/olympia) is an incredibly versatile 2-story plan with 3-5 bedrooms,  2.5 baths and 3-car garage. In its 2869 square feet, the Olympia has configuration options to accommodate an array of family preferences. The first floor features the spacious primary suite and an open kitchen + breakfast nook + family room, perfect for entertaining and gathering the family. Also on level one is a front flex room, which can serve as a living room, study, hobby room, formal dining, or second bedroom downstairs. This is perfect for families who need a nursery or guest bed downstairs, or it's also ideal for someone who wants all kids rooms upstairs and an office or craft room down.
