In a recent article from the Tulsa World, they shared that data shows that housing starts climbed a whopping 62.4% in November 2020. "Starts" refer to homes that have begun construction - the numbers are gathered from a local construction permit tracking service.  

Tulsans are certainly seeing that now is the time to buy, and with record low mortgage rates and low inventory of existing homes, building new can be a great option for many families, couples and individuals looking to invest in property.
