Zero-down financing and down payment assistance

If you’re looking to buy a new home but don’t have the cash for a down payment, you may be interested in financing and down payment assistance programs that could put homeownership within reach!

First, there is the USDA Rural Development Loan. This loan is a zero-down plan, and is available in select areas deemed "rural developments." Our Emerald Falls community in Broken Arrow qualifies for this popular financing option. 

There's also the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) Down Payment Assistance Program, which can help you finance your mortgage with no money down! It covers nearly an entire 3.5% down payment, and the income cap on this program is $150K, so most households in Oklahoma would qualify.
