At Capital Homes, our goal is to make home building easy and fun for our customers. Over the last year, we have been laser-focused on how to better manage the building process for our customers. We quickly realized we needed a customer care specialist - someone who is an expert in key parts of the building process, who "speaks the language" of construction, and who is extremely friendly, communicative, and can help troubleshoot any issues and coordinate resolutions for our customers and our trade partners.
Enter Eddie Bishop. This guy is a total rock star. Seriously. Not just at his job, but actually in his rock band, Raucous, as well, where he sings and plays guitar.
A few facts about Eddie: He is a veteran of the United States Army. He was born in Birmingham, Alabama, and grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma, allowing him to proudly claim the "two greatest college football teams in history." He graduated from Nathan Hale High School in 1983. He started out in remodeling on the ground level, and now has over 30 years of experience in every aspect of construction. He truly desires to make the home buying experience as satisfying as possible for our customers.
Eddie's idea of the best weekend ever would include zip lining, river rafting, rappelling, hiking, camping, and horseback riding. Eddie is married with two daughters (one senior at home and one is a TPS teacher,) one three-year-old cat named Cinder, and a 12-year-old albino corn snake named Mona Lisa.
Eddie is a lover of music, travel, and adventures. We are so glad he chose to take this adventure with Capital Homes!
